I believe that given the right tools, we are all capable of attaining a comfortable level of happiness and fulfillment in life. My role is to help you acquire and sharpen those tools within the shortest possible time frame. I use a variety of approaches depending on your needs and always try to build on your strengths. Within a compassionate, supportive environment, we will address whatever challenges brought you to therapy and come up with coping techniques and a plan to improve your situation. We will endeavor to expose any negative patterns in your life, and work towards understanding their origin to prevent their recurrence in the future. Together, we will set achievable goals that will change as you progress in therapy.
While I do treat individuals, I have a particular interest in counseling couples and individuals with relationship issues. I also have expertise in providing assistance with parenting issues, depression, anxiety, illness, and loss of any kind including job loss.
Since my background includes a strong grounding in fitness, wellness, and the mind/body connection, I take a holistic approach to health and happiness. I love my work and truly enjoy seeing clients reach their personal goals and find a place of peace, satisfaction, and pleasure in their lives.
